Question: Do your shipping and handling fees include deliveries outside the Continental United States?
Answer: Our posted fees are only for the Continental United States. For the shipping fees to Alaska, Hawaii or Internationally please email or contact the store.

Question: How long does it take to paint an item?
Answer: Any prepainted item in stock, which we will handpaint for your order, will require approximately one week to personalize.

Question: Can you custom color? Can you copy any design?
Answer: We can match any wallpaper or fabric that is sent to us via postal mail.

Question: Is my purchase shipped assembled?
Answer: Most of our items are shipped fully assembled. Some will be partially assembled, and will include detailed instructions on the completion of the assembly.

Question: Will it be gift wrapped?
Answer: All of our gifts are sent with special care taken in the wrapping. We use gift paper, or cellophane and tissue paper, with ribbons.

Question: What if my gift arrives damaged?
Anwer: All items shipped by UPS are insured by UPS.

Question: Will my credit card number be secure?
Answer: You can order by credit card from Sakoff's with confidence. Our policy is to accept Internet orders via fax or email only. Therefore, only Sakoff's personnel will be handling your information. For 24 years, we have prided ourselves on personal service. The Internet is just another way to deliver this type of service around the world.

Question: How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Answer: We will personalize your gift and ship within approximately 7 business days. UPS ground shipping requires another 2 to 8 business days, depending on the shipping distance. If any unusual delay occurs, you will of course be notified. Pre-holiday orders may require additional time.

Question: What is your return policy?
Answer: Since we personalize your gift specifically to your instructions, we are unable to offer refunds on these items.

Question: How can I contact you?
Answer: We can be contacted by phone, email or postal mail.

Question: If I order 2 of the same item, will they be identical?
Answer: All items are handpainted especially for your order. Therefore, no 2 items will be identical. Each one is a unique piece unto itself. In addition, we cannot be responsible for the variations that can occur from the manufacturer of the pieces whether or not we handpaint them.
